We have a strict no returns policy, as each item is made to order and completely customised we cannot process any returns.
We allow order cancellations from 1-hour after placing your order, after which the details and order will be made final, and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
If your order arrives damaged or you are concerned about your product at all, please get in touch with us and provide us with photos and descriptions of the issue so we can set out to make it right.
